Article Overview
This article is intended to provide an overview of the SalesRabbit+ mobile app. This articles includes a brief introduction to the mobile app's Home, Messages, SalesHub, and Tools pages.
TIP: Links to feature specific articles are linked through out. Navigate to a specific article for more information on a particular mobile app feature.
Part 1: Logging into SR+ Mobile App
This part will cover downloading and logging into the SalesRabbit+ mobile app.
- First, download the SalesRabbit+ app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- The app icon looks like this:
- Once the app is downloaded, you'll be able to login with your SalesRabbit+ login credentials.
- Note: if you're experiencing login issues, please reach out to your admin or contact the SalesRabbit Support Team.

- Once logged in, you'll be able to use the mobile app according to your role's permissions.
Part 2: Home
This part will briefly cover the different options available on the Home Page of the SR+ Mobile App.

The mobile app Home Page provides several options.

Calendar View:
- The home page offers a calendar view where users can view their scheduled appointments. Scheduling an appointment on a lead will display the appointment on this calendar view.
- Users can toggle between a week or month calendar view.
- Note: this calendar view is intended to show only your appointments.

Mobile App Settings:
- Visit the User Settings Help Center Article for more information.
- A user's app settings can be found by selecting the profile icon in the upper right corner.

Calendar View:
- Under the settings, a user can upload a profile photo, adjust appointment, map, sales materials, and display settings.
- At the bottom of the mobile app settings, a user will find quick access to contact SalesRabbit Support.
Part 3: Messages
This part will briefly cover the different options available on the Messages Page of the SR+ Mobile App. Messages allow users to send a message to another rep or to a group of reps.

- To draft/send a message, simply select the messaging icon in the upper right corner, or select on an existing message thread.
Part 4: SalesHub
This part will briefly cover the different options available on the SalesHub Page of the SR+ Mobile App.
- The SalesHub is where users will spend most of their time in the mobile app.

There are 3 different views available in the SalesHub:

Map:
- Visit the Lead Management | Mobile App Help Center Article for information on creating/editing leads on the mobile app.
- Visit the Area Management | Mobile App Help Center Article for information on creating areas on the mobile app.
- Visit the Filters | Mobile App Help Center Article for information on managing filters on the mobile app.

List: allows a user view leads in a list view.

Street: the street view allows a user to create or edit leads based on the leads that exist on the street they are physically located on.

Note: other features that may impact your SalesHub experience include:
- DataGrid (if part of your plan).
Part 5: Tools
This part will briefly cover the different options available on the Tools Page of the SR+ Mobile App.

Sales Materials: admin are able to upload resources from the web app, and users can access those resources under the Sales Materials tab under Tool.
- Visit the Sales Materials Help Center Article (Part 4) for more details on accessing uploaded Sales Materials on the mobile app.
- Sketch Board: this is simply an in app "pen and paper". A place for a user to write or draw a quick note with their finger.
Part 6: Amplify
This part will briefly cover the different options available on the Amplify Page of the SR+ Mobile App.
- Finally, you can access your team's Analytics and Gamification via the Amplify mobile app.
- Selecting "Launch Amplify" will open the Amplify Mobile App.
- Users will need to download the Amplify mobile app in addition to SalesRabbit+.
