Learn how to manage your push notifications and decide which notifications you would like to receive all within the mobile app.
Manage Push Notifications:
Access your settings from your home page to select your push notification preferences
- Log into the SalesRabbit+ mobile app.
- From the "Home" page, select the Profile Icon in the top right corner to access mobile app settings.
- Select "Push Notifications".
- From here, users can toggle on/off any notifications they don’t want to receive.
- Notifications options include:
- Appointments: notify when appointments are assigned to the user.
- Areas: notify when areas are assigned to the user.
- Leads: notify when leads are assigned to the user.
- Notifications options include:
Area Notifications:
How Area Notifications will appear.
Users assigned a new area or reassigned to an area will receive a notification that will allow users to tap and go directly to the Area on your Mobile App.
Appointment Notifications:
How Appointment Notifications will appear.
- If assigned an appointment, users will receive a notification as soon as the appointment is assigned.
- If a current appointment of yours is updated, you’ll receive a notification with the update.
- Users can set their preferred appointment time via the Mobile App Settings page to determine when they'd like to be reminded about the appointment in advance.

- 5 min before
- 15 min before
- 30 min before
- 1 hour before
Lead Notifications:
How Lead Notifications will appear.
- If assigned a new lead(s), users will receive a ‘single’ lead push notification
- When tapping on this notification, it will bring users directly to the lead card on the SalesHub Map.
- If assigned multiple leads at once, users will receive a ‘roll up’ push notification
- When tapping on this notification, it should bring them to the SalesHub (Map) zoomed in around the leads
