Article Overview

Staying organized is crucial to success. This is why filtering your data is at the heart of our platform.

By allowing users to filter data effectively, SalesRabbit + empowers sales teams to focus on what matters most - managing prospects, qualifying leads, and closing deals efficiently.

Our robust filtering capabilities ensure that your team spends less time searching and more time selling.

TIP: Certain filters are dependent on a role's set permissions and an account's add-ons. If you're not seeing a certain filter in your account, reach out to your admin or our support team.

Part 1: Accessing Your Mobile App Filters

Users can access and adjust their filters by selecting the icon in the upper left corner of the SalesHub screen from the mobile app.

Filtering options include "My Leads", "Others Leads", "Areas", "User Locations" and other filtering options depending on a user's role & permissions, account settings, and add-ons included in your subscription.

Part 2: Filtering Options

This part will cover what each filtering option is capable of. Selecting the upside down carrot icon will give you the ability to be specific with each filter. Be sure to select "Apply" once your filters are set.

  • My Leads Filter:
    • This filter will manage leads where the user is the lead owner (your leads).
    • This filter allows the user to filter for their leads that were created/updated within a specified date range, or select specifically which statuses they want to appear on the SalesHub Map.

  • Others Leads Filter:
    • This filter will manage leads where the user is not the lead owner (other user's leads).
    • A user with access to this filter will be able to choose which users leads they'd like to view, filter for leads created/updated within a specified date range, or select specifically which statuses they want to appear on the SalesHub Map.
    • This filter is available to users whose role has the permission to View Others Leads.
      • Note: this filter is available to users whose role has the "View Others Leads" permission enabled.

  • DataGrid AI Filter:
    • If an account has the DataGrid add-on, then a DataGrid filter will also appear. This filter allows a user to filter for DataGrid pins that meet a certain criteria based on demographic information (Year Home Built, Home Value, Square Feet, Occupancy, etc.).
      • Filtering out certain DataGrid pins can be done by setting a parameter with the slider. In the example below, DataGrid filters are set so only homes built between 1925-1960 and a square footage of 1,000-4,000 sqft will have a DataGrid Pin on the SalesHub map.
      • Note: this filter is only available to Pro accounts with the DataGrid AI add-on.

  • Locked Leads Filter:

    • Users whose role has the permission to View Locked Leads will have access to this filter.
      • Note: this filter is only available to Pro accounts. Additionally, only users with the "View Locked Leads" permission enabled will have access to this filter.

Pro Tips

  • If a user is missing any of these filters, check on that users Role Permission set.
  • Filters allow a user to be specific with what leads they want to work or view on the SalesHub Map. If a user feels their leads are missing or have been deleted, double check their filters have been set appropriately or reach out to our support team.
  • Recommended Best Practices:
    • For users to view all of their rep's leads, ensure that the Others Leads Quick Date filter is set to "All Time".
