This article will demonstrate how to access your mobile app settings. There are various settings that a user can adjust to enhance their in-app experience.
Mobile app settings include adding a profile photo, adjusting appointment preferences, determining which icons appear on the SalesHub map, changing display options, and contacting SalesRabbit Support.
TIP: Both admins and reps have the ability to adjust their own device's mobile app settings.
Part 1: Accessing Your Mobile App Settings
Access the mobile app settings by selecting the profile icon in the upper right hand corner from the Home Tab.
Mobile App settings that can be adjusted include the following:
- Profile
- Add a user profile photo.
- Lead Appointments
- Toggling ON "Sync to Default Calendar" will sync set lead appointment date/times to the default calendar on your device.
- Preferences
- Select "Push Notifications" to manage which notifications you'd like to receive from SalesRabbit+.

- Available push notifications include assigned appointments, area assignments, and leads ownership assignments. Users are encouraged to enable/disable any of these notifications using the toggles to the right.
- Map
- Enabling "User Location Path" will connect user location markers that appear on the SalesHub map with a line. Making it possible to follow the route a user took.
- Enabling "Display Lead Names" will display the First and Last name of a lead on the SalesHub Map.
- Enabling "Proximity Indicator" will display a small icon in the upper right hand corner of each lead with either a green checkmark, yellow checkmark, or a red exclamation point. These icons indicate, at a glance, if the user was at (~25m), near (~75-100m), or not at the location (>100m) when the lead created or last updated.
- Sales Materials
- Choose to download uploaded sales materials when on Wifi Only or on Any Network.
- Note: it's recommended to change this setting to "Any Network".
- Display
- App appearance can be changed from Light Mode (default) to Dark Mode.
- Presentation mode will display a cursor on your device where you tap your finger.
- Support & Feedback
- Easily access our support resources from your Mobile App Settings. Users have access to our Help Center, the SalesRabbit Support Team.
- User can also request features or report bugs directly from this settings page.
Pro Tips
- Admin Best Practices:
- It's recommended that admins toggle ON the "Proximity Indicator" and "User Location Path" options to assist in managing their teams.
- If you're utilizing the Team Calendar scheduling feature, a different option appear under the "Lead Appointments" section.
