Advanced Appointment Management is a premium feature available in SalesRabbit+ for Pro and Enterprise customers. This sophisticated system goes beyond basic appointment scheduling to provide comprehensive appointment management capabilities for sale teams. This feature was previously Scheduler.

Part 1: Previously Scheduler
This part briefly summarizes the Scheduler feature that was available in the previous iteration of SalesRabbit. Scheduler allowed mobile app user to authenticate their own google calendar to be used for scheduling appointments directly onto the connected calendar. Also provided a way to schedule appointments on another user's connected calendar.
Note: Schedule was only available to accounts on the Pro Plan.
- From the Web App, account admins were able to set up their workspace's "Scheduler Settings" and manage scheduler Role Permissions.
- Mobile App users could authenticate their Google/Outlook Calendar to use for appointment scheduling.
Part 2: Updated Advanced Appointment Management
This part highlights the enhancements made to Advanced Appointment Management in the next generation of SalesRabbit. Advanced Appointment Management allows users to authenticate their own google calendar to be used for scheduling appointments directly onto the connected calendar. Also provides a way to schedule appointments on another user's connected calendar. Appointments for all connected calendars will display on the Team Calendar on the Web App.

- Admins also have access to a "Team Calendar" on the Web App. Admins are able to view/manage their team members scheduled appointments from the "Team Calendar".
- Additional Appointment Setting and Permissions are available to edit.
