Locked Leads the new Customer Pins in the Next Generation of SalesRabbit. Locked Leads are a unique lead status that allows users to view the lead, but not make any edits to the lead's information.

Part 1: Welcome to Locked Leads.
- Locked Leads are the new and improved Customer Pins!
- A Lead Status can be turned into a locked lead from the SalesRabbit Web App -> navigate to "Settings" -> clicking "Lead Statuses".
- When turning a status into a Locked Lead Status, users will only be able to see leads of that status if they are within a specified radius. Choose carefully which statuses you wish to be marked as a Locked Status!
- A Locked Lead can only be edited by those users whose role has designated permissions.
- Note: Locked Leads are always visible from the Web App Map, but only visible on the Mobile app if the user is within a designated radius of the locked lead.
Part 2: What's Different?
- Locked Leads are now a Status in SalesRabbit (marked by white background and a color symbol versus a color background and a white symbol).
- Locked Leads have their own filter and are still viewable from a designated distance.

- Locked Leads can be edited by users with the appropriate permissions enabled, unlike the previous Customer pins.
- Previously, Customer pins only displayed the lead name and address. Locked Leads will retain all data from the lead and display all lead information.
Pro Tips
- Locked Leads are visible from the Web App map and leads page.
- Locked leads are visible from the Mobile App if the user is located within the set radius of the locked lead.
