Part 1: Previous Lead Status Management
This part quickly demonstrates how lead statuses were managed in the previous version of SalesRabbit.
- Previously, users were able to manage their lead statuses under "Settings" -> "Lead Statuses".
- From this page, users were able to manage the lead statuses available to their team members.
Part 2: Updated Lead Status Management
This part will demonstrate the new lead status management page found in the next generation of SalesRabbit.
Note: only users whose role allows for managing lead statuses for the workspace will be able to manage lead statuses.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> click "Lead Statuses".
- From this page, users are able to create/manage their workspace's available statuses.
