Branding

Article Overview 

This article walks users through uploading and changing a workspace's brand color and logo. Changes made to a workspace's branding page will apply to the Web App and Mobile App.

Note: only users whose role has the appropriate permissions will be able to make changes to a workspace's color and logo.

Part 1: Branding Permission

This part will demonstrate how to edit which roles have the permission associated with managing a workspace's branding color and logo.

Note: only user's whose role has this permission enabled will be able to perform the following actions.

• From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> click "Roles & Permissions".
• Select a role to edit -> enable the "Workspace Management" manage checkbox.
• Click "Save" in the bottom right corner to apply any changes made.
• Only users assigned to a role with this permission enabled will be able to manage the workspace color and logo.

Part 2: Manage Branding

This part will demonstrate how to update a workspace color and upload a workspace's logo.

• From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> click "Branding".

• A workspace "Color" can be selected from this screen. Updating the workspace color will change the overall theming of the workspace on the Web App and Mobile App.
  • Note: in the example screenshots, the workspace color is pink.

• A workspace "Logo" can be updated by clicking or dragging a file to the upload area.
• Supported file types include JPG or PNG.
  • Note: maximum file size is 5MB.
• Uploading a new logo will change the logo displayed in the upper left corner of the Web App and the Mobile App.
  • Note: by default, a SalesRabbit logo will already be uploaded to the workspace.

Part 3: Branding on Mobile

This part demonstrates what changes are made to the mobile app after updating a workspace's branding color and logo from the Web App.

• Color and Logo changes will also happen when logged into the SalesRabbit+ Mobile App.
• In the example below, the default SalesRabbit Logo is displayed in the upper right corner and the chosen workspace color (pink) is displayed.
