This articles details how to create/edit/deactivate lead statuses in your SalesRabbit+ workspace.
TIP: It's recommended to have 12-15 statuses to reflect specific milestones/achievements for your team to utilize.
Part 1: Accessing Your Lead Statuses
This part will detail how to access a list of your lead statuses from Web and mobile.

From the WebApp (hop.salesrabbit.com), navigate to "Settings" -> "Lead Statuses"
- This page provides options to view a list of Active and Deactivated lead statuses. You active lead statuses will be available for all users in your workspace to use from the mobile app.
- From the Mobile App, all users, regardless of role, can access a list of active lead statuses by selecting the "i" icon next to the lead status section on a lead details page.
Part 2: Create/Edit a Lead Status
This part details how to create a new lead status and edit an existing lead status.
- To create a new lead status, select the "Create" button in the upper right hand corner.
- After selecting "Create", a pop-out will appear on the right hand of the screen. Fill in the status details (Status Name, Abbreviation, select an Amplify Stage, Color, Icon).
- Once you've filled out the necessary status details, select "Save" in the bottom right.
- The new status will be added at the bottom of your list of Active Lead Statuses.
- To edit a lead status, select the lead status from your list and the same editing side bar will appear on the right hand side.
- Rearrange the list of statuses by selecting the three bar icon on the left side to click and drag that status to it's desired position/rank. The order the lead statuses are listed on the web app is the order they'll appear in the mobile app.
- Note: the first 10 listed statuses will be available to create leads using the Long Press on the mobile app.
Part 3: Deactivating a Lead Status
This part will detail how to deactivate/delete an active lead status.

You can deactivate a lead status by selecting the three dots on the right hand side and selecting "Deactivate".
- Note: Deactivating a lead status will require that you choose a new status for leads that are currently in your workspace as the deactivated status.

Reactivate a deactivated status by navigating to your list of deactivated status, selecting the three dots icon for the status you'd like to reactive and select "Reactivate".
- Reactivated statuses will now appear as an option on the Active Lead Statuses list.
Part 4: Locked Lead Statuses
Locked Lead Statuses are a powerful new feature in SalesRabbit+ that enables organizations to create and manage 'view only' leads across their entire sales force.
- Enhanced Territory Management: Teams can mark and identify customer locations and "do-not-contact" addresses that are visible to all relevant team members.
- Location-based Intelligence: Sales Reps can only see locked leads within a specified radius, regardless of lead ownership, improving field efficiency.
- Data Protection: Organizations can control what lead information is displayed (name only, name and address, or no details) to maintain Privacy and compliance.
Note: Locked Lead Statuses are only available to Pro+ Accounts and above.

Locked Leads Permissions
- The ability to view/manage locked leads on the map is dependent on a user's Role.
- You can edit a user's role permissions by navigating to "Settings" -> "Roles" -> selecting the role you'd like to edit this permission for.

The permission is called "Locked Leads" and can be found under the "Leads" section.
- The "View" permission allows the user the ability to view locked statuses on their mobile/web map within a defined radius.
- The "Manage" permission allows a user at that role the ability to create/manage locked lead statuses.

Locked Lead Settings
- Leads marked with a locked status will be visible to all users within a defined radius of the user's current physical location. Users the appropriate permissions can establish a radius that locked leads are visible for each rep by selecting the "Settings" button and setting "Lead Proximity" to the radius you'd like your reps to see locked leads on the map (from 1/4 miles to 5 miles).

Creating a Locked Lead:
- Navigate to "Settings" -> "Lead Statuses" and either select an existing status to become a locked lead or create a new status to be a locked status.
- The option to turn a lead into a "locked lead" is located at the bottom of the lead status creation menu. Toggling on the lock lead setting will turn this status into a "Locked Lead".
- Lead Statuses marked as a locked status will be visible to everyone, but will not be editable without explicit permission.
- Admins with permissions to create locked statuses can also choose what lead information is available for other users to view from the mobile app (Name, address...).

- Locked lead statuses will be differentiated from regular lead statuses as the colors will be inverted.

Pro Tips
- Lead statuses can only be managed from the Web App and if your role has the appropriate permissions.
- The first 10 statuses on your list will be accessible when using the Long Press to create a lead on the mobile app.
