Article Overview 

This article outlines the out-of-the-box appointment setting functionality on the SalesRabbit+ Platform.

Note: additional scheduling options (Quick Links or Advanced Appointment Management) are available to Pro Plan accounts.


Part 1: Appointments on Leads Page

This part will cover the out-of-the-box appointment setting function for leads on the Web App "Leads" page.

  • Appointments can be set on leads from the "Leads" page and the "Map" page on the Web App.
  • From the "Leads" page, click the "Add Lead" button or select an existing lead.
  • Once in the "Lead Detail" page, use the "Appointment" field to select a day & time for the appointment.
  • After selecting a day & time, don't forget to click "Save" in the bottom right corner. 
  • Leads with a scheduled appointment day & time will be visible from the "Leads" page under the "Appointment" columns.
  • Tip: filter for leads with an appointment scheduled within a specific date range with the "Appointment Filter" on the "Leads" page.

Part 2: Appointments on Map Page

This part will cover the out-of-the-box appointment setting function for leads on the Web App "Map" page.

  • From the "Map" page, select an existing lead on the map.
  • Use the "Appointment" field in the right pop-out to select a day & time to schedule an appointment for that lead.
  • After selecting a day & time, don't forget to click "Save" in the bottom right corner. 
  • Tip: filter to display leads with an appointment scheduled within a specific date range with the "Appointment Filter" on the "Map" page.
  • Mobile app users will be able to view scheduled appointment days & times from the calendar on the "Home" page.

Part 3: Appointments on Mobile

This part will cover the out-of-the-box appointment setting function for leads on the Mobile App.

  • From the SalesRabbit+ Mobile App, navigate to the "SalesHub" and select (or create) a lead.
  • In the lead card, select the "Appointment" tile.
  • Use the pop-out calendar to select a day & time to schedule the appointment for.
  • After scheduling an appointment, the day & time for that appointment will be visible in that same appointment tile on the lead card.
  • Tip: Appointments can also be scheduled from the Lead Detail page using the "Appointment" field.
  • Tip: Manage your mobile app filters to display only leads with a scheduled appointment within a specified date range using the "Filter By: Appointment Date" filter.
  • From the "Home" screen, a user's scheduled appointments will display on the calendar. Selecting a day with scheduled appointments will display those appointments beneath the calendar.
  • Tip: In your mobile app settings, enable the "Sync to default calendar?" setting for your lead appointments to sync to the default calendar on your device.

Pro Tips

  • Other Appointment scheduling options are available to accounts on the Pro Plan:
    • Quick Links: allows mobile app users access to a scheduling link right from the lead card.
    • Advanced Appointment Management: allows users to connect their own calendar to their SR+ account to use for scheduling. Also allows for scheduling appointments on other SR+ users connected calendars. Available to Pro Plan users upon request. If interested, please reach out to the SalesRabbit Support Team.
