This article covers the Quick Links feature in the Next Generation of SalesRabbit.

Tip: if you had custom links made, the naming on the data being pushed may need to be updated to the new Parameters.

Part 1: Previous Connectors

This part demonstrates how Connectors were managed in the previous version of SalesRabbit.

• Previously, users were able to manage web Connectors under "Settings" -> "Connectors".

• From this page, users were able to create/edit/delete URL Connectors on the account.

• Active Connectors were available under "Tools" in the mobile app:

Part 2: Updated Quick Links

This part demonstrates where to manage Quick Links on the SalesRabbit+ Web App and where to locate active Quick Links from the Mobile App.

• Quick Links are the New Connectors! Quick Links can be managed from the SalesRabbit Web App -> under "Settings" -> "Quick Links".

• Active quick links are accessible from the mobile app on the Lead Card, displayed with a chain link symbol.

• Reach out to Support or assigned CSM if you need assistance with updating previous Connectors to Quick Links.
• Admins can also provide easy access URL Links using Sales Materials.
