Article Overview

Locked Leads is a powerful new feature in SalesRabbit+ that enables organizations to create and manage 'view only' leads across their entire sales force.

  • Enhanced Territory Management: Teams can mark and identify customer locations and do-not-contact addresses that are visible to all relevant team members.
  • Location-based Intelligence: Sales Reps can see nearby leads within a specific radius, regardless of lead ownership, improving field efficiency.
  • Data Protection: Organizations can control what information is displayed (name only, name and address, or no detail) to maintain privacy and compliance.

TIP: Locked Leads are permission based. Please reach out to your Admin, Owner, or Manager about this permission.
