Article Overview

In this article, we will cover how to setup and configure your Achievements. Achievements offer a dynamic way to motivate your sales team to exceed their targets. They mark important milestones, like achieving a sales budget, breaking a sales record, or closing a significant number of sales in a day. With Amplify, you can create customized achievements that align with your organization's goals. These achievements encompass on-screen announcements, unique soundtracks, badges, and experience points (XP), enhancing team engagement and motivation.

Note: Achievements are available to Pro/Enterprise accounts. Adjustments to achievements can only be made by an Admin or Owner role within your SalesRabbit/Amplify Account.

  • Selecting "+ Create New" will pull up an achievement creation page:
    • In the upper left corner, you'll decide if this achievement will be:
      • Goal: achievement earned by surpassing a fixed value, target progression, or a previous period. Once you exceed the threshold, the achievement is unlocked.
        • Example: 10 sales in a single day.
      • High-Score: achievement earned by surpassing the highest sales value, which then becomes the new benchmark for others to beat. The high-score value moves as salespeople outperform each other.
        • Example: highest sales value in a month.
      • Top Performer: achievements awarded based on the best sales performance within a specified time frame. These recognize the top performer during that period.
        • Example: top seller of the month.
    • You'll then need to decide on the following pieces of information:
      • What Metric will this achievement be based on?
      • How often can this achievement be unlocked?
      • Is this achievement for all teams or specific teams?
      • What the name of the achievement?
      • Which badge will represent this achievement?
  • Once you're finished deciding those settings, you can either select "Save as Draft" or "Save and Publish" to save your changes.
  • Once an achievement is saved, it will then be unlocked by your users.
    • Tip: Achievements can also be worth a certain amount of coins that a rep receives when they earn they achievement. Edit the coin values for each achievement under "Rewards" -> "Coins Setup".
