Article Overview 

This article will cover how to navigate the Team Calendar, which is part of Advanced Appointment Management. The Team Calendar will provide users with quick access to view their own appointments and other team members appointments from the Web App and Mobile App.

TIP: only accounts that have Advanced Appointment Management enabled will have access to a Team Calendar. Advanced Appointment Management is available to accounts on the Pro Plan. If interested in adding Advanced Appointment Management to your account, please contact SalesRabbit Support.


Part 1: Team Calendar Permissions

This part will cover the Calendar permission for Advanced Appointment Management. This permissions determines who has access to "View" and "Manage" the Team Calendar.

  • Navigate to the appointment permissions by selecting "Settings" -> "Roles & Permissions" in the web app -> select the role that you'd like to edit the permissions for.
  • Scroll through the permissions until you find a section for "Appointments".
  • Locate the "Calendar" permission. This permission allows the role to view and/or manage appointments across their entire team from a calendar view on the web app and mobile app.
  • Be sure to click "Save" in the bottom right corner to apply any changes.

Part 2: Team Calendar - Web App

This part will cover how to view and manage your on the team calendar from the web app. Team appointments can also be viewed from the mobile app. This part will only cover how to view the Team Calendar on the Web App.

Note: Only users with the "View" calendar permission enabled and a connected calendar are able to access the Team Calendar on Web and Mobile.



  • Navigate to the team calendar by selecting "Calendar" on the web app.
  • The team calendar allows users to keep track of appointments and team schedules so everyone stays aligned and ready for what's next.
  • Options to view the team calendar by Day, Week, Month, or a specific date appear at the top left of your screen.
    • Note: users are able to edit appointments from the "Day" view. Click and drag the appointment cell from one user's calendar to another (reassigning the appointment/lead ownership). If reassigning an appointment from the "Day" view, a Reassign Appointment prompt will appear.
  • Options to view a specific Team or user's calendar can be found in the top right corner.
    • By default, the calendar for the user's assigned team will appear. You can adjust which team's calendar you are viewing by changing the team dropdown box in the upper right corner, then search for a specific user in the selected team.
  • A right hand drawer will display after selecting on a scheduled appointment. The drawer will display that appointment's lead details.
  • From this right hand drawer, users with the appropriate permissions will be able to:
    • Edit the lead's details (name, address, email, custom fields).
    • Update the lead's status.
    • Change the lead's ownership.
    • Adjust scheduled appointment time.
    • Additionally, notes and files can be added to the lead.

Part 3: Team Calendar - Mobile App 

This part will demonstrate how to access the Team calendar on the home screen in the mobile app. Users are able to toggle between their own appointment calendar and other team's calendar.



  • The mobile app home screen will have a calendar displaying the currently scheduled appointments.
  • Users with the "View" calendar permission will be able to view other team's scheduled appointments from this screen.
  • Users can choose to view a team's calendar by clicking the "My Appointments" button -> selecting the team calendar they wish to view.
  • Selecting a specific team calendar to view will display all of the scheduled appointments for users on that team.
  • Select on a specific day to view the scheduled appointments for that day.
  • Note: users whose role has the permission to edit "Other's Leads" will be able to select on the scheduled appointments and update that lead's details or reschedule the appointment.
