This article lists the initial steps a new Owner/Admin of a SalesRabbit+/Amplify account should complete to get their Amplify account up and running.

Part 1: Accessing Amplify
After initial sign up, accounts owners/admins will be able to access Amplify from the SalesRabbit Web App. Amplify is a powerful that allows users to set up a dashboard to report number regarding metrics, set up competitions, and other reporting/gamification capabilities.
Note: some features in Amplify may be limited, depending on your SalesRabbit Plan type.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Amplify" in the upper left corner.
- A new tab will open, taking users to their Amplify account.
Part 2: Analytics Setup Checklist
Now that you have access to your Amplify account, here are some high priority items to complete to make your Amplify account functional for your organization.
- Assign the SalesRabbit Statuses to Amplify Stages.
- SalesRabbit Lead Statuses can be assigned to an Amplify Stage from the SalesRabbit Web App. Amplify Stage changes are then reported on the "Pipeline Stages" Dashboard within Amplify.

Define/Create Metrics to track lead status changes.
- Metrics are the heart of everything in Amplify. Metric are used to track data on dashboard(s), in competitions, and achievements.
- Manage Dashboard Widgets.
- Learn to manage the widgets and metrics reporting on the default "Company Admin Dashboard". Users are able to change what is reporting on any existing board, additionally able to create new boards.
- Manage Amplify User Permissions.
- Update a Amplify user's permissions to allow specific users access to view data, manage competitions, achievements, and rewards.
- Owners/Admins are able to adjust user permissions by click on "Manage" in the bottom left corner -> navigating to "Users".
Part 3: Gamification Setup Checklist
Additional features can be managed within Amplify. While these features may not need to be set up in the beginning phases of your SalesRabbit journey, these are pieces that some accounts have access to.
Note: these gamification features are only available to accounts on the Pro Plan.
- Manage Competitions.
- Manage Achievements.
- Manage Rewards.
- Manage XP & Levels.
- Set up Scorecards.
