This article demonstrates how to log in and out of the SalesRabbit+ Mobile App.


Part 1: Log in to the Mobile App

This part demonstrates how to log in to the SalesRabbit+ mobile app on a mobile device.

  • Download the SalesRabbit+ App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • Select "Log In" on the main page.
  • Enter the email address and password associated to your SalesRabbit+ Account -> click "Continue".
    • Note: if you are new to SalesRabbit+, you should have received a welcome email with a link to set your SalesRabbit+ password. If needed, click "Forgot Password" or contact SalesRabbit Support.
  • You should be directed to the mobile app "Home" tab and successfully logged in!
  • Visit the various articles found in the Mobile App section of the Help Center to become familiar with its' various settings and functions.

Part 2: Log out of the Mobile App

This part demonstrates how to log out of the SalesRabbit+ mobile app on a mobile device.

  • From the "Home" tab -> click the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the mobile app settings -> click "Log Out".
  • Users will be logged out of the account and taken back to the mobile app log in screen.

Pro Tips

  • Click the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your account password if necessary.
  • Always verify that you're logging in with the correct email and password.
  • If log in issues persist, contact SalesRabbit Support.
