Forgot your password? Or looking to update your password? Here are instructions on how to reset your password in SalesRabbit+.
Part 1: Forgot Password | Web App
This part will demonstrate how to reset your SalesRabbit+ password using the "Forgot Password" link in the web app login page.
- Head to the SalesRabbit+ Web App Login Page (hop.salesrabbit.com).
- If a user's login attempt fails or does not remember their SalesRabbit+ password, click "Forgot Password".
- Enter your email address (preferably their SalesRabbit+ email address) -> click "Continue".
- An email will be sent to the email with instructions on resetting the SalesRabbit+ account password.
- Steps to reset your password will be completed through the email sent to your inbox.
Part 2: Reset Password | Web App
All users can reset their SalesRabbit+ password anytime after signing into the Web App.
- After logging into the SalesRabbit+ Web App -> click the Profile Icon in the upper right corner -> click the "My Account" button.
- From here, users can click "Reset Password".
- An email will be sent to the account's email address containing instruction on updating their existing SalesRabbit+ account password.
Part 3: Forgot Password | Mobile App
This part will demonstrate how to reset your SalesRabbit+ password using the "Forgot Password" link in the mobile app login page.
- From the SalesRabbit+ mobile app, if a user's login attempt fails or does not remember their SalesRabbit+ password, click "Forgot Password".
- Enter your email address (preferably their SalesRabbit+ email address) -> click "Continue".
- Instructions to reset your account password will be sent to your email address.
