Article Overview 

This is where as a new Admin/Owner of a SalesRabbit+ account you should start to get the access to all you need to know about getting your account up and running.

Part 1: Logging into your Account

You should have received a welcome email to help get you started with the SalesRabbit+ platform.

  • Create a password from the Welcome email you received after registering for the SalesRabbit+ implementation experience.

  • This will give you access to your SalesRabbit+ account, found at https://hop.salesrabbit.com.
  • Please let us know if you are having trouble with this step or any future steps.

Part 2: Setting up your SalesRabbit+ Account

Now that you have logged in here are some high priority items to get done to make your account accessible and functional to you and your reps out in the field:

  • Create Lead Statuses.
    • This will allow you to clearly see your Sales Process in SalesRabbit+
  • Organize your Users Team Org Assignments.
    • If you have multiple organizational units such as regions, offices, or teams here is where you can create those.
  • Setup your Roles and Permissions for your users.
    • You are going to want to customize what your reps and other users have access to out in the field on the mobile app and on the web app.
  • Add your Users.
    • Now that everything is setup and ready, you can start adding your Users to your account!

Part 3: Advanced Setup

Now that the basics of your account have been setup here are some resources to dive deeper into Account Configuration. These options are more of a deeper dive in the Platform and not required for basic use cases.

  • Custom Fields.
    • These are additional fields outside of what is typically seen on a Lead Card, if the Notes box is not enough for your organizations needs. 
  • Quick Links.
    • Need to access an outside calendar, sign-up sheet, or website? Quick Links is the tool you need!
  • Integrations with Zapier.
    • Need to link your CRM to SalesRabbit+? Well you can with a Zapier connection.
