Article Overview
This article guides users on how to manage an account's Amplify user access. In order to have a user in Amplify, you must first have a user created in SalesRabbit. An Amplify user cannot exist without first having a user in SalesRabbit.
Tip: visit the SalesRabbit User Management article for more detailed information on adding users. Modifying user roles requires company admin privileges and will take effect after the user refreshes their web-browser.
Part 1: View Amplify Users
This part demonstrate where to go to manage your Amplify User's and permissions.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, click "Amplify" from the left menu.
- Once inside your Amplify account, click "Manage" in the bottom left corner -> click "Users".
- A list of "Active" users will appear.
- Users that have been deactivated in SalesRabbit will appear in the "Deactivated" list.
- Note: the list of users will change/update as you add/deactivate users from SalesRabbit.
- Click on a user to edit that user's permissions/access within Amplify.
Part 2: Profile
This part highlights what can be changed on an Amplify user's profile.
- After selecting a user from the list, you'll be brought to that user's "Profile".

Editable fields include: uploading a profile image, adding a Nickname, input a birthday and hire date, and changing that user's team assignment.
- Note: information like email, first name, and last name come from SalesRabbit and are uneditable within Amplify.
Part 3: Admin Access
Managing Admin Access allows admins to give other Amplify users permissions to edit certain features in Amplify. Permissions include company access, user management, competition, reward, and achievements.
- Under "Admin Access", admins can adjust an Amplify user's permissions.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply any edits made.
- Editable permissions for Amplify users include:
- Account Owner: ability manage subscriptions.
- Company: have access to everything in the company.

- User: access to create and edit users in the company.
- Statistics: access to all data.
- Screen: access to screens, playlists, and slides.
- Competition: access to create and edit competition.
- Achievement: access to create and edit achievements.
- Reward: access to manage rewards, coins, and requests.
Part 4: Manager Access
Manager access allows admins to edit, specifically, who has access to which departments or teams within Amplify.
- Under "Manager Access", admins can provide users with access to select or all departments/teams within Amplify.
Part 5: Celebrations
Set up a user's celebrations. Select a Youtube video to play whenever a user registers an activity from SalesRabbit and share the news!
- Click "+ Create Celebration" to create a celebration for that user depending on Activity Type.

- Enabled either of these toggles to set whether celebrations popup will appear in the the browser or whether you'd like to mute the celebration popup in browser.
Part 6: Privacy
A users "Privacy" section allows the user to determine whether or not they'd like to receive emails related to Amplify features.
- Click on "Privacy" to view these options. Enable/Disable the setting with the toggles on the right.
- Click "Save" to apply any changes made.

Reports:
- Hide Reports from the Feed.
- Hide Reports from Screens.

Battle Mode:
- Enable user for Battle Mode.

Reward Shop:
- Subscribe to reward suggestion emails.
- Subscribe to reward request emails.

Other:
- Subscribe to weekly newsletter.
- Subscribe to pending users email.
- Subscribe to achievement emails.
- Subscribe to endorsement emails.
Part 7: Notifications
Users can define their own notification settings that will determine which Amplify push notifications will be sent to your device or on the web app.
- Click on "Privacy" to view these options. Enable/Disable the setting with the toggles on the right.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply any edits made.
Pro Tips

If assigning a user to manage a team, please make sure they are not assigned any administrative permissions. This will prevent you from being able to give them management permissions over a singular team(s).
