Article Overview 

This article is an overview of the Users tab in the SalesRabbit+ Web App. It is meant to provide how to navigate and the functionality of the Users tab.


Users Page: 

The Users Page serves as a central hub for workspace management, offering:

  • A complete directory of all users within the workspace
  • Quick-view access to essential user information
  • A way to invite, deactivate, or reactivate users

User Detail Page: 

The User Detail Page provides managers with comprehensive control over user information:

  • Edit and update user contact information (including name and phone number)
  • Ability to add an External ID associated to the user (so that ID can pass information into other systems)
  • Ability to select a User Color
    • Note: User Color is used across the platform (ex: areas, indicator on leads) to help distinguish your team members more clearly
  • Future State: Ability to track User Activity

User Profile: 

The User Profile empowers individual users to manage their personal information:

  • Profile photo upload and management (now available on mobile and web!)
  • Name and contact information updates
  • This information will be available across multiple Workspaces in SalesRabbit+ (if that user has multiple workspaces)
