Zapier allows users to connect apps and automate workflows. It's easy automation for busy people. Zapier enables customers to create and manage their own integrations through Zapier when our integrations Marketplace does not meet their specific needs. Zapier's low-code interface provides a user-friendly option for less technical customers to build automations without requiring developer support.
TIP: API keys are only available to Pro/Enterprise accounts.
The Zapier integration will help to remove the process of double entry or importing/exporting of data between your utilized software. With the Zapier integration, information entered into SalesRabbit has the potential to be pushed through to over 600+ apps also integrated through Zapier. Data will be "zapped" instantaneously through your connected software from SalesRabbit (how quickly other software is updated is dependent on your Zapier subscription level).
What It Does
- Set up multiple Zaps to negate multiple data entries in different platforms.
- Streamlines back-end work to give more time and effort to customers and creating leads.
- Reduces work overall for management and reps.
- Connector steps in Zapier use SR+ API operations to let customers pull lead and user data from SR+ and send it to a wide range of CRMS available in Zapier's app library.

Pre-Requisites

Customers must have:
- Access to their own Zapier account and subscription.

Access to the API Key page in SalesRabbit+.
- Note: API keys are only available to Pro/Enterprise Account.
Limitations

Current V1 Limitations:
- Read-Only Operations: only "GET" operations supported (no data writing to SalesRabbit+).
- Data Scope: limited to Lead and User objects only.
- Authentication: single API token per account (no user-specific tokens).
- Rate Limits: Standard API rate limiting applies.

Planned Improvements:
- POST/PATCH operations for bidirectional data sync.
- Additional object types and data endpoints.
- Enhanced filtering and query capabilities.
- SalesRabbit often has limited ability to support, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with Zapier automations since integrations are often built in Zapier by the customer.
