Article Overview
Quick Links function as the bridge between the SalesRabbit platform and other essential software tools used by our clients. They facilitate the seamless transfer of data, ensuring that all relevant customer and sales information is readily accessible across different platforms.
This feature allows for enhanced efficiency in various areas such as customer relationship management, sales tracking, and data analysis. By reducing the need for manual data entry, Quick Links can significantly decrease the chances of errors while improving productivity.
Quick Links can be used for simple things (like opening a link to their Google Business account to show potential customers their rating) to action-oriented items (like scheduling an appointment through Calendly) to passing data into a form (like submitting lead information into a custom form created by the customer).
TIP: This feature is available to Pro accounts or higher.
