These are some FAQ's about SR+!


What app do I download?

  • SalesRabbit is proud to be able to offer this new experience for our users.
  • The SalesRabbit+ app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and App Store.

How do I log in?

  • From the SalesRabbit+ App, tab "Log In".
  • Enter the email address and password associated to your SalesRabbit+ Account -> click "Continue".
    • Note: If you are new to SalesRabbit+, you should have received a welcome email with a link set your SalesRabbit+ password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page or contact SalesRabbit Support.
  • SUCCESS YOU ARE LOGGED IN!

Will my information transfer from SalesRabbit -> SalesRabbit+?

  • Good news is yes!
  • This is a process that will be assisted by Support/Your CSM
  • To begin the process makes sure you reach out and let them know you want your data transferred and please be ready to provide the emails associated with the data!

Can I use the same email in SalesRabbit+ as SalesRabbit?

  • Yes! Emails are allowed to shared between SalesRabbit+ and SalesRabbit, you will not need a new email

Where are my Leaderboards?

  • Great News! SalesRabbit+ has access to Amplify, our new Gamification and Analytics Platform that will take your sales to the next level!

How can I drop a lead?

  • Navigate to SalesHub
  • Press the + icon on the middle right of the screen
  • Select your lead status
  • Tap the top of the home
  • Your pin has now been created!
  • You can also hold your finger on the top of the home you are knocking and a wheel of statuses will appear!
  • Selecting one will drop that Lead pin on the home!

How do I add users?

  • Navigate to the Users tab on the left side of the screen
  • Click Add User
  • Fill out Name, Email, Team, and Role
  • Click Add
  • Your user has now been added and has been sent a welcome email!
