This article demonstrates what to expect when managing leads offline from the SalesRabbit+ mobile app. We get that service can be spotty when you're out canvassing, that's why we have Offline Lead Syncing available.


Part 1: Manage Leads Offline

This part will describe what happens when managing leads in a spotty service area.

  • If a device goes offline for any reason, an "Offline" banner will display at the top of the SalesHub Map.

  • While offline, users are still able to create/add leads.
  • Users will notice the banner at the top of the SalesHub Map updating, depending on how many leads will need to be synced when the device has a good connection.

  • Once the device is back online, the banner will indicate that the added leads are syncing.

  • Once the device/leads are synced, the banner at the top will turn your brand color with a note indicating that syncing is complete. 
  • Use the "x" in the top right corner to close this banner.
