Congratulations! You've been invited to a SalesRabbit+ workspace. You should receive an email from SalesRabbit that asks you to "Active Your Account". Once you've received that email, follow these steps to set up your account

TIP: Account owners will receive an email with a link to set their passwords. Other users will need to be invited to the workspace by the account owner.


Part 1: How to Join a Workspace

This part will demonstrate how to join a workspace you have been invited to.

  • Open the email and select "Activate Account".
    • Note: this email may look slightly different as we release new updates.

  • Set your password by clicking the "Password" field and typing your preferred password.
    • Password requirements are:
      • At least 6 characters
      • Lower case letters (a-z)
      • Upper case letters (A-Z)
      • Numbers (0-9)

Part 2: Profile Settings - Web App

This part will cover how to edit your profile settings on the web app after you've set your password.

  • After setting your password, users can login to the web and mobile application.
  • From the web app, users can edit their profile settings by selecting the profile icon in the upper right corner -> "My Account".
    • Note: you can also access SalesRabbit+ release notes and the SalesRabbit+ Help Center from the dropdown menu under the profile icon.

  • Options available to users under "My Account" include:
    • Uploading a image or profile icon to your account.
    • Changing the account name and entering a users phone number.
    • Connecting your calendar for scheduling.
    • Resetting your password.

  • If you make any changes, don't forget to hit "Save" in the bottom right corner to apply your changes!
