File attachments in SalesRabbit+ are a crucial feature for outside sales teams, enabling efficient document management and sharing in the field. This functionality allows sales representatives to upload & access import files directly on the lead detail page.

Part 1: File Attachments | Leads List

How to attach a file to a lead from the SalesRabbit Web App leads list.

• From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "SalesHub" -> click on "Leads".

• Next, search/filter for the desired lead -> select the lead you wish to attach a file to.

• Navigate to "Files" in the lead details page.

• From this page, users can view and upload files by selecting the "Upload" button.

• A menu will open where you can upload and name a file from your device.

• After uploading a file, it will be attached to the lead and accessible via Mobile or Web!
• Click the three dot icon to the right of an existing file to edit, delete, or download the attached file.

Part 2: File Attachments | Web App Map

Files can also be attached to a lead from the Web App Map. This part demonstrates how to attach a file to a lead from the map.

• From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "SalesHub" -> click on "Map".
• Locate the lead that you'd like to attach a file to -> select that lead.
• In the right menu, navigate to "Files" -> click "Upload" to attach a file to that lead.

• A center menu will appear where users can name and upload the file to the lead.
• Click "Upload" to attach the file to the lead.

• Attached files will appear under the lead's "Files" section.
  • Note: users can edit/delete/download an uploaded file by selecting the three dots to the right of the file's row.

Part 3: File Attachments | Mobile App

How to attach a file to a lead on the mobile app.

• First, select the lead you wish to attach a file to -> tap the "Details" button.

• Next, navigate to the "Files" tab at the top -> click the "+ Add New File" button at the bottom of the page to attach a file to that lead.

• Users will be presented with the following options:
  • Photo Library: attach a photo from your device's photo library.
  • Take Photo: this option will open the camera on your device to take a photo that will be attached to the lead.
  • Upload File: attach a file that was previously saved to your mobile device.
• Choose the method that best works for your use case.

• The file will then be attached to the lead. Select the file to view it from the mobile app.
• The pencil icon on the far right allows users to edit the file name.
• Click "Save" in the upper right corner before navigating away from the lead.

Pro Tips

• Currently, the system allows up to 50 files to be attached per lead.
