  • The "Teams Leaderboard" displays metric data by team.
    • Users can filter the data displayed by team and/or a date range.

    • Users can filter the data displayed by team(s), user(s), and/or a date range.

Part 2: Metrics

This part demonstrates how to properly set up the Metrics users wish to track on the leaderboard. Managing Metrics include adding new and editing existing metrics. Metrics are primarily based on lead status changes.

Tip: it's recommended to create/edit your workspace's Lead Statuses in order to assign appropriate statuses to the correct metrics.

  • From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Analytics" -> select "Leaderboard" -> select "Configure" in the upper right corner.
  • Admins are able to view the following information on this page:
    • Metric Name: the name of the metric.
    • Definition: the icons for which statuses are counting toward that metric.
    • Type: what type of metric it is (Action, Outcome, or Conversion Rate).
  • New metrics can be added by clicking the "Create Metric" button.
    • Note: each workspace has a limit of 10 metrics.
  • When adding a metric, users will need to determine the following:
    • Metric Name: provide a name for the new metric.
    • Metric Type:
      • Action: an activity performed by the user.
        • If selected, choose which lead status(es) will count toward the metric.
      • Outcome: a result for one of the user's leads.
        • If selected, choose which lead status(es) will count toward the metric.
      • Conversion Rate: a ratio comparing two metrics or statuses.
        • If selecting this type, select which metrics to compare.
  • Click the "Add Metric" button when finished.
    • Note: in the below example, we create a metric called "Follow Ups" to the number of times a user marks a lead with the Follow Up status..
  • The order the metrics are displayed on the list determines the order they'll appear on the Leaderboard.
  • Click and drag the metric(s) in the order you'd prefer them to display on the leaderboard.
  • Additionally, click the three dot kabob icon to "Edit" or "Delete" an existing metric.
  • Metrics will display on the leaderboard to the right of the team or user name:

Part 3: My Stats

This part will show how My Stats displays on the Web App. My Stats is an individualized scorecard showing a logged in user their own performance during a specified date range.

  • From the SalesRabbit Web app, navigate to "Analytics" -> click "My Stats".
  • Users are able to view their own performance data by certain date ranges (Today, Week, Month, Year, and custom date range).
  • Metric Information will display in their own widgets near the top.
  • View a breakdown of how many leads each user has dropped within certain hours of that day and a breakdown how of many leads of each status the user has created.
