This article will briefly overview drawing and assigning areas on the Web App in the previous version of SalesRabbit vs. the in the Next Generation of SalesRabbit.

Part 1: Previous Area Management

This part quickly demonstrates how to create/manage areas on the previous version of SalesRabbit.

  • From the SalesHub Map on the mobile app, click the "Lasso Tool" icon in the upper left corner.
  • Using your finger, draw an area. After completing the area, select which user you'd like to assign the area to.
  • Alternatively, use "DataGrid Areas" to create and assign new areas.
    • Note: previously, only available to accounts with the DataGrid Add-On.

Part 2: New Area Management

This part quickly demonstrates how to create/manage areas on the next generation of SalesRabbit.

  • From the mobile app SalesHub Map, click the "Lasso Tool" in the upper left corner.
  • Using your finger, draw an area. After completing the area, select which user you'd like to assign the area to.
  • Within the "New Area" drawer, give the area a "Title" -> select the "Team" the area will be assigned to -> choose the user(s) from that team to assign the area to -> click "Create".
  • Alternatively, use "DataGrid Areas" to create and assign new areas.
    • Note: only available to accounts with the DataGrid Add-On.
