Learn how to manage your push notifications and decide which notifications you would like to receive all within the mobile app.
Manage Push Notifications:
Access your settings from your home page to select your push notification preferences
- Log into your mobile app
- Go to Mobile App Settings at the top right corner
- Select Push Notifications
From here, you can toggle off any notifications you don’t want to receive.
- You can select to toggle on or off notications for:
- Appointments
- Areas
- Leads
- You can select to toggle on or off notications for:
Area Notifications:
How Area Notifications will appear
If you are assigned a new area or reassigned to an area, you will receive a notification that will allow you to tap and go directly to the Area on your Mobile App
Appointment Notifications:
How Appointment Notifications will appear
- If you have an appointment assigned to you, you’ll receive a notification as soon as the appointment is assigned
- If a current appointment of yours is updated, you’ll receive a notification with the update
- You can set your preferred appointment time via the Mobile App Settings page to determine when you’d like reminded about the appointment
- No Reminder
- On Time
- 5 min before
- 15 min before
- 30 min before
- 1 hour before
Lead Notifications:
How Lead Notifications will appear
- If you have a lead assigned to you, you will receive a ‘single’ lead push notification
- When tapping on this notification, it will bring you directly to the lead card on the SalesHub Map
- If you have multiple leads assigned to you at once, you will receive a ‘roll up’ push notification
- When tapping on this notification, it should bring them to the SalesHub (Map) zoomed in around the leads
