Article Overview

Stages represent groups of statuses that help categorize the progress of a lead through different phases in your sales pipeline. Each stage can include multiple statuses, allowing for more granular tracking and reporting. In this configuration, stages are defined by the statuses you select, enabling you to monitor how leads move from one stage to another based on specific status updates made by your team. Below is an example of how statuses may map to stages in your business

  • Navigate to "Settings" -> "Lead Statuses" in the Web App.
  • Select the lead status you'd like to edit the stage for (or create a new lead status).
  • A pop-out will appear on the right hand side with an option to change the "Amplify Stage" for that status.
  • Select which stage in Amplify you'd like this lead status to count towards.
    • Stage options include: Pending, Attempting Contact, Qualifying, Negotiating, Lost (Canceled, Disqualified, No Interest, No Sales Unfulfilled), Customer, Sold, and Undefined.
  • If you make a change, don't forget to click "Save" to apply your changes.

Part 3: Viewing Stages in Amplify

Stage information is visible from Amplify on a dashboard.

  • Stage change information can be viewed on an Amplify dashboard.
  • By default, Amplify accounts should have a "Pipeline Stages" dashboard enabled. This default dashboard has widgets built out to view different stage data.
  • Users can add/change the widgets on this dashboard to fit their needs.
