Article Overview
The Lead Export functionality in SalesRabbit+ provides a powerful way to extract and analyze lead data from the Web App. This feature is particularly valuable for managers and administrators who need to work with lead information outside of the SalesRabbit platform.
This functionality streamlines the process of working with lead data across different platforms and enables more efficient lead management workflows. Really, it gives our customers the safety net of having access to their leads at any point if they need that level of detail outside of the SalesRabbit platform.
Part 1: Lead Export Permission
In order to export lead information, a user's role must have the "Export Lead Data" permission enabled to access this functionality. This part will demonstrate how to update a user's role for this permission.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> select "Roles & Permissions".
- Select the role you'd like to edit the permission for.
- Find the "Export Lead Data" permission under the Leads section. Either check or uncheck the box in the Manage column.
- If making changes to a role, click "Save" to apply your changes.
Part 2: Export Lead Information
This part will demonstrate how to export lead information from the Leads List page on the SalesRabbit Web App.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "SalesHub" -> click "Leads".
-
Leverage the "Filters" to generate a list of leads to export.
- Tip: selecting the "Export" button without applying any filters will export every single lead in your account.
- After filter for the appropriate leads, click the "Export" button in the upper right corner.
- A ".CSV" file will be downloaded onto your device with lead information!
