TIP: Only users with administrative access can make changes to the permissions for Proximity Indicator

Part 1: Proximity Indicator Permission (Web App)

This section covers how to enable the permission for this feature within roles and permissions section. Only users whose role have this permission enabled will have access to the proximity indicator setting on the mobile app..

  • From the SalesRabbit+ Web App, navigate to the "Settings" dropdown -> select "Roles & Permissions".
  • Next, determine which role(s) should have the permission to view the Proximity Indicator on the Mobile App.
  • Then, select the correct role and scroll to the Lead section and locate the "Proximity Indicator" permission.
    • Use the checkbox to the right, to either enable or disable the permission for that role.
      • Enabling this feature will allow users assigned to that role the ability to view the exact location of a user when they update lead information to ensure users where they are supposed to be.

(Your role names may differ from what is shown above. Best practice is to make sure that anyone that needs to track reps has this toggle turned on.)

    • Near Location (within 25m-100m): Yellow Checkmark (√).
    • Out of Range ( >100m): Red Exclamation Point (!).
    • Unknown Location: Grey Question Mark (?).
      • Typically appears on recently imported leads, the lead was created from the Web App, or the user's location is unable to be determined.
