Article Overview
This guide provides a comprehensive overview of how to access and manage your historical reports in Amplify. It covers browsing, adding, editing, and deleting reports, along with additional functionalities such as creating feed posts, celebrating reports, and converting report types.
Part 1: Browsing Reports
This part will demonstrate how to browse existing reports within Amplify.
- To access historical reports, click on "Reports" in the left side menu.
- Each time a user creates or updates the status of a lead, a line item called a Report is generated within Amplify.
- A Report documents which user updated a lead, what status it was updated to, provides a SalesRabbit Lead ID, lists the user's proximity, and provides the date/time that lead was updated.
- These reports feed the data reporting within metrics on the Dashboard.
- From the "Reports" tab, users are able to Browse, Add, Edit, and Delete created Reports.
Part 2: Report Filters
This part will focus on a user's ability to filter for specific historical reports.

Type and Date Range Filters:

Activity Type: select the type of reports you're searching for.
- Note: visit our article on Activity Types for more information.
- Period: select a default period (today, last 7 days, current month...).
- From/To: set a custom date range.
- Group By: set a grouping.

Activity Type: select the type of reports you're searching for.
- Specific Report filters:
- User: filter for reports belonging to a specific user(s).
- Department: filter reports by department(s).
- Team: filter reports by team(s) assignment.
- Activity: filter reports by the Lead Status listed in SalesRabbit.
- Lead Name: search reports by a Lead Name.
- SalesRabbit ID: search reports by the SalesRabbit ID.

Proximity: filter reports by the proximity status.
- Note: options include At Location, Near Location, Not at Location, or Unknown.
- After filtering for specific reports, users can select "More Actions" and perform actions like Importing/Export from or to Excel and Batch Delete Reports.
Part 3: Adding Reports
This part demonstrates how to manually add a Report to amplify.
- From the Amplify Reports tab, click "+ Add" in the upper right corner.
- Enter in the following information:
- User: the user that should receive credit.
- Type: select the type of report (Lead Status is the default Type).
- Activity: select the Lead Status that was marked.
- Quantity: choose the quantity.

SalesRabbit Lead ID: enter in the SalesRabbit Lead ID.
- Note: users can access a lead's ID from the SR Lead page and inspecting the URL.

- Proximity: choose the proximity for the report.
- Click "Add Report" to save and add the historical report.
Part 4: Editing Reports
Typically, reports will detail the pure details of what happened. Depending on the Activity Type, you'll see details for who made the change, what status was updated, what lead the change affected, and when the change occurred.
- To edit details on an existing report, simply select on the detail field.

Fields that can be edited include Lead Name, SalesRabbit Lead ID, Proximity, Date/Time, and Quantity.
- Note: if a report is incorrect, it may be necessary to delete the existing report and create a new report with the correct details.
- Click "Save Changes" in the bottom right corner.
- To bulk edit multiple reports at once, filter for the desired reports -> check the box for the report(s) -> click "Edit".

Fields that user are able to edit in bulk can be selected and adjusted from this pop-out.
- Note: in most cases, "Quantity" will be the only option users can update in bulk.
- Click "Continue" to apply your changes.
Part 5: Deleting Reports
This part demonstrates how to manually delete a report(s) in Amplify.
- You can delete an individual report by click the three dot icon to the right of a report -> clicking "Delete".
- The easiest way to delete multiple reports at once is to filter for the desired reports -> use the check box to select the reports -> click "Delete Selected".
- When deleting leads, users will be asked to confirm the action.
- Click "Delete" to confirm.
- User can also delete multiple leads at once by setting the filters for the desired leads -> selecting "More Actions" -> click "Batch Delete Reports".
- CAUTION: this action has the ability to delete ALL reports.
- A prompt asking to confirm the action will appear.
- This action will delete all reports that match the set filters and CANNOT be undone. Connected entities, such as coins and XP, will also be deleted.
- Confirm the number of reports to delete -> click "Delete".
